The NESCO FD-61 Snackmaster Encore Food Dehydrator is a powerful grey top with a speckled design that offers 500 watts of drying power. This dehydrator is perfect for drying fruits, vegetables, beef jerky, and venison jerky with maximum speed and quality. Unlike ordinary food dehydrators, it can dry food in hours instead of days. Additionally, the top mounted fan prevents liquids from dripping into the heating chamber, ensuring even heat distribution.

With an adjustable thermostat ranging from 95°F to 160°F and a top-mounted fan, this 500-watt 4-tray food dehydrator ensures quick and efficient drying. Its opaque vita-save exterior also blocks harmful light that can destroy the nutritional content of the food being dehydrated. The Converga-Flow system eliminates the need to rotate trays by pushing heated air up and across each tray.
