The NESCO FD-79 Food and Jerky Dehydrator offers powerful drying capabilities, ensuring maximum speed and quality for dehydrating your favorite foods. With adjustable digital temperature control (90°F -160°F), you have the flexibility to achieve optimal results when drying various foods that require different temperature settings. The programmable digital timer allows for up to 24 hours of drying time and features an auto off function for convenience.

This dehydrator includes four (13 1/2" diameter) trays, with the option to expand to 12 trays for drying large quantities at once without the need for tray rotation. Additional Add-A-Trays can be purchased separately. The quiet yet powerful Converga-Flow fan directs heated air down the pressurized chamber exterior, then horizontally across each tray for quick and consistent drying that is four times faster than other dehydrators. The top mounted fan prevents liquids from dripping into the heater chamber.

In addition to the dehydrator, the package includes two fruit roll sheets, two clean-a-screens, a sample of jerky seasoning & cure, and a 52-page recipe & instruction book. The BPA Free NESCO FD-79 Food and Jerky Dehydrator ensures even drying from top to bottom, providing perfect results.
