The NESCO FD-61WHCK Food & Jerky Dehydrator is the ultimate kit for both beginners and experts. It comes with a variety of accessories, including a jerky gun with three tip attachments, three fruit roll sheets, three clean-a-screens, three jerky seasoning & cure samples, and a recipe & instruction book.

With six (13 1/2" diameter) trays included, this dehydrator can be expanded up to 12 trays, allowing you to dry large quantities at once without the need for tray rotation. Additional Add-A-Trays are available for purchase separately.

The adjustable temperature control (95°F -160°F) gives you the flexibility to achieve optimal results when drying different foods that require varying temperature settings. The powerful Converga-Flow fan ensures even heat distribution by forcing heated air down the exterior pressurized chamber, then horizontally across each tray. This results in quick and consistent drying that is four times faster than other dehydrators. The top mounted fan also prevents liquids from dripping into the heater chamber.
