This dehydrator includes four 14.5” x 14.5” square trays and can be expanded up to 8 trays, allowing you to dry larger quantities without the need for tray rotation. Additional Add-A-Trays are available for purchase separately. The quiet yet powerful Converga-Flow fan ensures that heated air is evenly distributed down the exterior pressurized chamber and then horizontally across each individual tray. The air flow then converges in the center for quick and consistent drying that is four times faster than other dehydrators. A sample seasoning and cure are included to help you get started on your jerky making journey.
